Interpretation; To bring positive changes into your life you must start with you, accepting yourself both internally and externally. Accept your fears, your sorrow, your happiness, (your extra inches) and your experiences. They have all contributed in some form to making the “you” that stands in the mirror looking back at you. Send your warm blessings to those closest to your heart as they have shown you quiet strength and dedication. Affirm now, “I am beautiful and perfect just the way I am” and do this three times a day for a week with strong intent and love. This affirmation will help to build your self-acceptance and infuse your heart with love.

Feel more love, compassion and gratitude for your life, for those in your life and just for the mere fact that you ARE alive! Even when things seem so tough on the outside you always, always, ALWAYS have your heart centre and the capacity to feel love, give love and receive love.'

INTERPRETATION

A profound sense of inner-peace comes with the act of true forgiveness.

There comes a time in life when all the wrong-doings against you are just too heavy to carry around every day. This is one of those times when you are being given the message to simply let go and move on.

Think about the people whom you have yet to forgive. Ask your inner guide what prevents your forgiveness flowing to these people. Allow yourself to release the pain you associate with these people. Now feel the freedom that comes with that forgiveness.

A huge weight will feel as if it’s been lifted from you.

Give thanks that it is so.

Breathe.

ACTION:

Write a list of people whom you are yet to forgive. Go through each name individually and decree that all agreements be broken with this person, in the present and both forwards and backwards in time, across all dimensions. Seal it with the words “So be it”. Now let forgiveness and compassion for yourself flood your heart. Feel the pain be released from your heart as it is now replaced and healed with love and light.

Talk about being challenged to come back to reality to ground what we have learned from last week's journey with spirit....how did you go? Are you ready to put into practice those lofty high ideals? Uranus here is asking you to do just that be please be authentic! No one will believe you otherwise, not even yourself!

Ask yourself what you need to change in your life in order to really authentically express who you are. Are you being true to yourself? Release any expectations others may place on you. Be encouraged to feel free to reach out and explore the world through your own eyes and not those of others. Embrace all of those traits which makes you the most ‘authentic you’ you can be.

ACTION: Scan your body and find focus on those parts that squirm when you put yourself mentally in the position of standing alone and fully expressing your uniqueness to the world. Where do you feel it most? Now forgive yourself for feeling that way, make no judgments, and simply let go knowing that you are much greater than you could ever comprehend.

This week... still with the throat chakra. 2 weeks in a row (PS missed last week due to unforeseen circumstances, so apologies for that!) means a concentration of planetary energy around the throat chakra.

Have you been suppressing speaking up lately?

Have you had sore throats or felt the need to swallow a lot?

If so focus blue energy in this area by deeply breathing in the colour blue.

Better still make a vibrational essence by printing out the Venus 5 card and standing a glass or dropper bottle of purified water on it for an hour or so and then use it as an essence. You may spray this around you, in a room, or take a few drops under the tongue as required.

Anyway this week it is Valentines Day so what a perfect card to pop out! I would say out of 70 Cards...yes 70! this one is the most perfect for this auspicious day of LOVE!

Go to the movies, drink a cup of hot chocolate at a cozy coffee shop, get a pedicure, make a hot cup of soothing herbal tea then settle down and read a good book. O.K., if you don’t feel inspired by all the above - the chocolate bar! But don’t feel guilty about it. You deserve to be nurtured.
