This week... still with the throat chakra. 2 weeks in a row (PS missed last week due to unforeseen circumstances, so apologies for that!) means a concentration of planetary energy around the throat chakra.

Have you been suppressing speaking up lately?

Have you had sore throats or felt the need to swallow a lot?

If so focus blue energy in this area by deeply breathing in the colour blue.

Better still make a vibrational essence by printing out the Venus 5 card and standing a glass or dropper bottle of purified water on it for an hour or so and then use it as an essence. You may spray this around you, in a room, or take a few drops under the tongue as required.

Anyway this week it is Valentines Day so what a perfect card to pop out! I would say out of 70 Cards...yes 70! this one is the most perfect for this auspicious day of LOVE!

 INTERPRETATION; Focus your attention on expressing the love you feel in your heart. Bottled feelings (maybe around the throat area) are sure to come out at the wrong time and in the wrong way. Say what it is you need to express to those you love and admire. You’ll feel a release and your throat and heart centre expand as you say “I love you”.

ACTION: Go to the local library and read a story for the children or leave a little note of love for that someone special in your life (your mother, father, partner, sister, brother, friend). Call that someone special or SMS/Twitter/Facebook/Path/Skype/Facetime! them a message of love today. They will appreciate that you thought of them with love.

so how appropriate that we have a New Moon and an opportunity to set intentions and make resolutions.

Relationships thrive on harmonious surroundings and emotional states. Simply being in tune with your partner’s needs and emotions brings a state of harmony into the relationship. Harmony in relationships is like a smooth road. The smoother the surface of the road is, the smoother the journey. What state is your road in? Are there potholes which need fixing? Are the boundaries in tact allowing an easy transition on all entries and exits? Do you travel too quickly to enjoy the scenery along the way?
